Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Vibe Home IT. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all appointments, services, and engagements with Vibe Home IT. We value your trust in us and strive to provide the highest quality service while ensuring clarity in all aspects of our business relationship.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

There will be a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and after diagnostics for minor fixes it will be a set rate and if more issues are found during diagnostics take over 3 hours and/or if the issue is a complex issue, you will be charged $50.00/hr .


The diagnostic fee will be applied to the total cost of repair if choosing to use Vibe Home IT services.
Cancellations within 24 hours: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within the 24-hour window may be subject to availability.

2. No-Show Policy

Missed appointments: If no one is available at the scheduled time for onsite services, we will make three attempts to contact you on the same day. If we cannot reach you, you will forfeit 25% of the total service fee.
Rebooking: Should you wish to reschedule after a missed appointment, a new booking will need to be made at full cost.

3. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For membership subscribers, discounts will be automatically applied. All services are subject to the pricing at the time of booking.

4. Refund Policy

Full refunds are issued only if the cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window. If a service was not completed to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days.

5. Onsite Service Policy

Our technicians will arrive at the scheduled time for onsite appointments. Please ensure someone is present and the location is accessible.
If the location is inaccessible and no prior notification was given, the appointment may be canceled with forfeiture of 25% of the total service fee.

6. Service Limitations

Some technical issues beyond our control (e.g., network outages, hardware failures) may prevent the completion of services. If this occurs, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Home IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Force Majeure

Vibe Home IT is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy

Any personal data collected during our service engagements, including contact and payment details, will be securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent.
